Complaint Guidelines

Reporting a fellow player should always be your last resort when trying to resolve an issue. Always do your best to solve a problem with a player before bringing it to the forums. If you cannot cooperate, an admin will arbitrate a decision for you. You do not have a say in determining the punishment.

Staff members are held accountable in the same regard as players and are not afforded the benefit of the doubt in these matters.

Do not make petty report threads, or report someone to spite them. Those who have a pattern of making petty report threads may find themselves banned. (Eg; do not report someone for cursing, having "unprofessional behavior," or doing something that generally has no significant impact against you or your roleplay. This is not all inclusive, and what makes a petty report thread is up to admin discretion. Use common sense.)

Use evidence to back up your claims. Unedited screenshots, videos, chat logs (and pictures of chat logs), and witnesses with proof are all allowed to be used as evidence.

Report threads without evidence can expect to be locked.

Please inform a player if you have reported them, so they can respond to their thread in time.

Please bear in mind that report threads may not always conclude in the manner you expect.

Do not post asinine +support/-support posts based on your personal opinions of the players in question.

Format for reporting players:

Code: Select all
Player's name:
Player's character name:
Steam ID:

Date of incident:
Rough time of incident:

Your character's name:
Other complainants:

Offense committed:
In what way was this an offense?:

Evidence to support your claim:
Other notes:

Leave out inapplicable fields. If the report concerns multiple offenders, repeat the name/ID block as many times as necessary. Doctoring (editing) evidence will immediately see your report thrown out and you may be temporarily banned.

Format for reporting staff members:

Staff member's name:

Please note that staff members are not allowed to lock or pass judgment on complaints about themselves, unless the complaint is obviously bullshit. Use your head when posting complaints.
